Choose whether you would rather be with people behind the counter or in production, where the result is something you can hold. No experience needed, we will train you properly.

Customer service

You are one of the first people our customers meet at Krispy Kreme. You serve them in a friendly, quick way so everyone leaves happy.

Tasks and requirementsHide

What you will do

  • Serve customers and introduce Krispy Kreme products
  • Keep the display tidy and the products fresh
  • Keep the sales and service area clean
  • Handle the till and follow how we work
  • Support your team every day

You are a fit if

  • You are friendly, energetic and enjoy talking with people
  • You speak fluent Estonian, English is a plus
  • You have a valid health certificate or are ready to get one
  • You can work two shifts, weekends included
  • You learn fast and like trying new things
  • You are reliable and work well in a team

Production worker

You make and finish Krispy Kreme doughnuts to our recipes, so they reach customers fresh, high quality and on time.

  • Night shift too

Tasks and requirementsHide

What you will do

  • Make and finish products to our recipes and standards
  • Keep an eye on quality, look and freshness
  • Prepare ingredients and tools
  • Keep the production area clean
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and work safety rules
  • Work with the team so products reach the shop on time

You are a fit if

  • You are careful, quick and practical
  • You speak good Estonian, English is a plus
  • You have a valid health certificate or are ready to get one
  • You can work three shifts: 6–14, 14–22 and nights
  • Physical work does not put you off
  • You care about cleanliness, order and quality
